After completing your order, email your pet photo to hello@gagagrin.com with your order ID in the subject line. We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats.
What photo quality do I need?
We recommend a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible. The higher the resolution, the better the final result. A minimum of 1MP (1000Γ1000px) works great.
How long does production take?
Custom artwork is created within 1β3 business days after we receive your pet photo. Shipping takes an additional 5β12 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. All orders include a tracking number sent to your email.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We offer a free remake guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your custom item, we'll redo it at no extra charge. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery.
